McDonald’s India and vCustomer join hands to deliver centralised customer support services


New Delhi – April 10, 2008 - vCustomer Corporation, a leader in delivering customer care and loyalty solutions, today announced its partnership with McDonald’s India (North & East) to provide centralised customer support service and order taking for its McDelivery services. With this engagement, all calls to the all India single number 66-000-666 shall be routed to the centralised vCustomer contact centre based in Delhi.

vCustomer’s automated technology will help increase visibility into the customer support metrics. It can further support McDonald’s in understanding and connecting with its customers. vCustomer has deployed their Business Intelligence tool, which identifies different categories of McDonald’s non-order customer calls and customer concerns. vCustomer routinely analyzes customer data to recommend corrective measures and maintains focused efforts to increase customer satisfaction.
