Privacy Policy - vCustomer takes your privacy very seriously

vCustomer Corporation has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting information you submit. This privacy policy only applies to transactions made, and data gathered, on vCustomer.com and does not apply to any other transactions with vCustomer.

vCustomer is committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit vCustomer’s websites without revealing your identity. There are times, however, when we may request information to better serve you as an existing or prospective client. Job Applicants: Sharing Personal Information
Under the “Careers” section of www.vcustomer.com, web site visitors can submit personal details, a Resume, or Curriculum Vitae. This information and any information contained within submitted documents will be included in vCustomer's HR database. The information is held securely by vCustomer and will only be used by vCustomer's HR department for the purposes of assessing candidates for current and future job vacancies. Typically this information is held for a period of two years before it is discarded. Data provided within these documents should be confined to information necessary for the position for which the candidate is applying.


Nature of Data on the Internet:

vCustomer intent is to keep secure any personal information that you submit to us, and vCustomer will continue to take steps to maintain the security of our web site, infrastructure, and facilities. However, the open nature of the Internet is such that data may flow over networks without security measures and may be accessed and used by people other than those for whom the data is intended. Therefore, in submitting personal information to any web site connected to the internet, you assume some risk (though minimal) of a third party obtaining that information. AntiSpam policy:

vCustomer website team recognizes that the receipt, transmission, distribution, or propagation of unwanted emails (Spam) as a major concern. All emails received by us, are subject to Spam check. Any email identified as Spam will be rejected with sufficient information made available to the sender so as to inform them of the fact that what was received was identified as Spam and rejected. Additionally, vCustomer will inform regulatory and enforcement bodies regarding recurrent Spam activity. These measures, along with other technical Spam reduction measures, will help minimize the effect of Spam emails and email virus propagation.


Impersonation:

It is vCustomer policy not to request or convey any information, necessary to access the systems of vCustomer or a client to an unknown third party over an unsecured channel. vCustomer is aware of fake emails that are authored in such a manner so as to give the impression to the recipient that they were sent from an employee of vCustomer. These emails attempt to impersonate an employee of vCustomer and request of the recipient that they divulge, convey, or in some manner confirm personal information including an email address and/or password. If you receive any unsolicited email from a vCustomer employee that is not familiar to you, please report it to a known vCustomer contact. If you do not have a contact please send an e-mail to info@vcustomer.com with ’IMPERSONATION’ mentioned in the subject line.
